Wafa Santé is a free application designed for policyholders who have a group health insurance policy or a complementary health insurance policy from Wafa Assurance. The app allows policyholders to access real-time information about their insurance policies, including medical records, beneficiaries, incurred expenses, status, and amount of reimbursement, as well as additional information. Policyholders can also request online coverage or submit a supplementary medical file.
Non-policyholders can also use the Wafa Santé app to find out about emergency pharmacies and authorized medical centers. The app's main features include accessing emergency pharmacies and authorized centers, consulting medical records by policyholder and beneficiary, tracking the progress of medical files until reimbursement, being informed of the status of the file (missing information, follow-up appointment, etc.), accessing all information related to the policyholder and their beneficiaries in a reliable and secure manner, and changing the RIB (banking information).
